Anything that has personalization or an image that is not made by myself or my designers.

What is the turn around time on custom orders?

Typically all orders are completed within 4 days.  (However, Rush orders are accepted for a small expedite fee based on the technicality of the product itself)

What type of material and products can be Laser Cut or Engraved?

Woods:

The woods I use are hand picked and made specifically for laser crafting, meaning they are laser safe and suitable for any laser machine.

Raw Metals:

The most common materials include Stainless Steel, valued for its high contrast and permanence, and Aluminum, frequently used for fast, high-detail marking on parts and tags. Other popular options include Brass for traditional plaques and awards, and Titanium for high-end, lightweight items. Whether you need a simple serial number on a metal tool or an intricate design on a piece of jewelry made of Gold or Silver, specialized laser systems can achieve the clean, precise mark required.

Anodized/Powder Coated Metals or Tumblers

YES! These are my most popular items and can be done  with my equipment. *Note that Epoxy Coated or Sublimated Tumblers are not laser Safe

Plexi-glass/Acrylics

Cast acrylic is the best acrylic for laser crafting. It is laser safe and versatile. Comes in patterned sheets, transparent sheets, and many more options.

Rubber/Plastic/Vinyl

No Go, these materials usually contain PVC and are very toxic when burned or lasered.

We do however have one laser safe style of rubber used fro making rubber stamps. All other options are definitley a No Go!

Leather

Certain leathers are laser safe and can be laser cut or engraved. Most Veg-tanned leather is safe as long as it has not been chemically altered.

Don't not hesitate to ask if you are unsure the only bad answer is no answer at all!
